Gretchen Dunn Cakes is a custom cake studio in Missoula, MT. We serve the Missoula area and Western Montana.

 

​​Handcrafted Sugar Flowers

Using sugar paste, Gretchen can make most types of flowers, in any color, at any time of the year. Every flower is edible and hand made out of sugar, petal by petal, leaf by leaf.They won’t wilt and are completely free of pesticide/herbicide residue and preservatives and are non-toxic. Sugar flowers can be kept for years as a treasured memento. A box and tissue paper will be provided with your cake so you can remove and save the flowers.

Ingredients

We only use the highest quality ingredients – gourmet chocolate, buttermilk, sweet cream butter, and fresh fruits – with a focus on organic and local ingredients as much as possible, including eggs from Gretchen's own happy chickens.

Pricing

All of our cakes are made to order. Pricing begins at $10 per serving, for basic cake flavors and minimal decoration. Most of the custom designed wedding cakes in the portfolio are between $11-13 per serving. Some couples choose to present a smaller decorated wedding cake and serve sheet cakes to the balance of guests. Supplemental sheet cakes begin at $6 per serving.
